Cosmic Vibes Sound Bath

Micheal provides a diverse range of Sound and Gong Baths, each offering its own unique Vibe, and theme. Each of Micheal's Sound Baths have different and specific guided meditations. All use different combinations of instruments, such as Gongs, Shamanic, and African Drums, Rattles, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Himalayan Bells, Traditional American Flute and Australian Aboriginal Didgeridoo. Some feature background music such as rain, thunderstorms, and crickets. Some feature the repeating of affirmations while others utilise the power of Om chanting. Crystals play an important role in all of Micheal's events, and each event has its own carefully selected stones, specific to the event. All the sound baths offer oodles of physical, mental and emotional benefits, which have been well documented for years. 

Other benefits which are very popular with attendees, but as yet can't be scientifically proven, include elevating us into the Universe to connect with our higher selves, and benevolent beings from higher dimensions, using Lunar energies for manifestation, cleansing, forgiveness  and self love, and for many, feeling the love and compassion of the universe and even the Creator to help us remember that we are all spiritual beings, in a human body.

Deepak Chopra describes awakening as having an "awareness of your individual self and the connection between that and everything else". This more enlightened, higher state of consciousness is thought to provide us with a clearer understanding of who we are, and why we're here.

The instruments, and therapies used for this session have been carefully selected, and forged together with Spiritual Intent. Om chanting sets the scene to the soundscape continuing throughout the session to raise your vibration as well as releasing a host of health related benefits just by listening. Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Native American Rattles, and Shamanic Drum, will add further positive layers to this diverse and highly effective Soundscape for this session.

Crystals Used on this event Include;

Selenite Used to Raise the body's Vibration and help connect us to our higher selves and the Universe. This crystal is believed to have the power to cleanse and charge other crystals, clear blockages in your energy field, and direct high-frequency energy into the body, promoting spiritual growth and mental clarity.

Clear Quartz can be used for almost any purpose, but it will be programmed to help to clear your thoughts and where you want to go in life and how to get there. ------- What To Expect -------

If you have been to one of my Sound Baths previously I look forward to welcoming you back. If you haven't you will receive a warm welcome. This fabulous session is currently only available at my Gong Studio at Chase Farm.

Your journey will be very special and magical. A journey that will invoke your inner senses, your destination is a place where wellbeing, relaxation and healing abide, a  place where altered states of consciousness, plus high vibrational healing energy await you.

Preparation

Please try to avoid a large meal, and any alcohol prior to arriving. It is quite normal for your body temperature to drop during a Sound Bath, or any energy work, and warm loose fitting clothes, and socks are recommended, especially on cold days. There is nothing you need to bring other than an open heart and a smile. Micheal has Yoga mats, cushions for your head, and back (should you need them), and plenty of blankets to keep you warm and toasty during the session. Please feel free to bring your own blanket and cushion if you prefer.

Your Journey begins here at my Gong Studio.,

• Your Healing and Spiritual Journey begins at 7pm.  Fasten your seat belts and prepare to enjoy the experience. There will be a selection of different crystals for you to hold, and place on your third eye, heart chakra as well as some Selenite and clear quartz to place above your head. Once you are comfortable and settled Micheal will give a brief introduction and set the intention, for you all to connect with the Universe, which you can repeat yourselves.

• With your eyes closed and the Om chanting started Micheal will use his Reiki symbols to open a portal to the higher realms, and begin playing the koshi Air Chimes, as he guides you with Deep belly breathing which uses a long deep breath in, quickly followed by a short sharp breath, a short pause followed by a long deep breath out. This will remove more C02 (Carbon Dioxide) from your body than any other breathing method, together with any stale stagnant negative energy that has been trapped in your body. This method is also more effective in lowering tension, stress, and anxiety as well as your blood pressure and providing more calm and relaxation for your mind and body.

• The deep breathing will help slow your brain waves from Beta, to Alpha, while having a direct positive effect on the vagus nerve causing your parasympathetic nervous system to relax the bodies main organs.

• The crystals you will be holding, and have around you will be Reikied so you will receive both Crystal and Reiki healing energy, and these interact further in a positive way with the other instruments for the duration of the session.

• The Om chanting in the background will also work to slow your brainwaves and begin raising your Vibration. Micheal's first guided meditation will be Qigongs Healing or Inner smile, which will send healing energy directly into your lungs, heart and third eye chakra.

• Micheal plays the Tibetan Singing Bowl, while inviting your guides, and Angels, as well as Ascended Masters to assist in your healing and journey, and to connect with any of these benevolent entities. Micheal will transition to the Native American Rattles then Shamanic Drum, quietly at first, before picking up pace with its rhythmic beat. Micheal will ask you to concentrate on the sound of the Om, while giving some positive suggestions for you to repeat  Your brainwaves will continue to slow further, as the Shamanic drum cleanses and washes through your being, clearing negativity and energy blockages, at the same time calming and soothing your inner senses.

• Micheal will then guide you on your inner journey into the universe with an Earth grounding guided meditation first, before floating upwards into space, where the Universe awaits you. As you continue with your journey, you can focus on the Om, Drum or your own Breathing. 

• The Shamanic Drumming will flow through every part of your body, touching every single cell in your body, with its mother beat, slow and  rhythmic at first, as your body naturally synchronises with the rhythm, creating a state of trance that allows you to enter a state of deep relaxation. 

• With your body's vibrational rate increased and your brain waves slowed right down, you may well feel the earth's energy moving up through your legs and into your torso. You may also sense your heart chakra feeling more alive, and full of joy and love. Micheal will guide you to feel safely grounded in mother Earth, before connecting with the universe to achieve greater heights of self awareness and consciousness. As this happens more negative energy in your body will begin to collapse, and fall away and this will initiate your body to begin healing itself. The high vibrations helps us to connect to the universe, where our already altered states of consciousness become further expanded as well as offering us a Psycho Acoustic gateway to an experience like no other. 

• Your levels of calm and relaxation will increase, plus the soothing of your nervous system, strengthening your immune and energy systems and releasing a host of hormones to make you feel good.

• As our journey continues Micheal will encourage you to embrace the Universe, and send your love out in all directions and as you do so profound levels of peace and calmness as well as unconditional absolute love is sent back to you, uplifting and reassuring, as you remember that you are a spiritual being of light, enclosed in the form of a human body. 

• Many will feel that time itself has become strangely distorted, where for some the session feels shorter, and others longer. But eventually your journey does come to an end, as the Om and the Drumbeat fall silent. This is not an empty silence however, it is a sacred silence, created by the Om sound and the Drum fading away, leaving the Sound Space full of intense profound healing power. Many people find this part of the session the most powerful and Micheal will give you time to absorb, integrate and assimilate this energy into your own energy field.

• As you slowly come back down to Earth, your body will be waiting for you, and it will  feel Less Stressed, more Balanced, Uplifted and Energised. Most people say they feel lighter, and happier, having Sensed, Felt and remembered the Warmth and Love of where we come from, the Universe. 

• Included with the cost of your ticket, and starting from the following evening Micheal will send you a distant Reiki healing session each evening right up to seven days after.

This session Micheal uses his large 22 inch Shamanic Drum to totally immerse your body in wave after wave of healing sounds and high vibrations, while producing a cleansing action to wash away negative energy and blockages, and calming and soothing your inner senses. High Vibrations enter us not only through the ears, but through the entire body. 

As energy blockages are removed, your energy improved and your vibrational rate increased, all help your body initiate its own healing, right down to the cellular level. 

Once back and awake he will also answer any questions you have, and  encourage you to share your experience, only if you would like to, before heading off home

Micheal will have leaflets and handouts for you to take away and will encourage you to continue using the powerful practises of abdominal belly breathing and Inner Smile, as well as listening to the Om sound on a regular basis to help you improve your mental, emotional, physical and in particular yourSpiritual health and wellbeing.
